I do not know what they call this small fresh baby shrimp (imported from Japan).... It is so delicious with some soy sauce and wasabi.

Remembering Dad.....
"Tao Tao Tasi" means People of the Sea in our island language (Chamorro). My father was a man of the sea. My father passed away on January 30, 2007. This photo is a perfect memory of who my father was, always with a bright million dollar smile!

Dad's Monument Unveiling at Grotto, Saipan (03/08/08). The government established, and built the monument in honor of my father, as he founded 99% of all the famous dive sites tourist enjoy today. My father passed away three years ago, and we miss him dearly!
