Wednesday Night Baking part II

Here is my part II of what I made last night....

I was busy, as the cake was baking (see Wednesday Night baking below), I made a batch of cookies and a batch of chamorro style "rosketi" they are a drier version of shortbread...

This batch was special, and was made for my hubby... as he was working the next day. Since he works on the boat all day (he is a USCGS Marine Merchant/technical word for US Coast Guard Boat captain...LOL) I send him to work with a quart size ziplock bag full of goodies, for his snacking pleasure.... winkz!

Hello everyone! I apologize for not posting anything since Sunday. The CNMI had our election for the first delegate to the United States Congress. It was a busy day for all. Did you vote for a delegate to U.S. Congress? I sure did. I also wished that I requested for an absentee ballot from Oregon. I could have voted for MC CAIN!!

Tuesday was a holiday for us, I had time to make a banana cake. My first batch of cake was gone almost as instantly as it cooled off, but here is a photo of the remaining of the second batch of banana cake.

On Wednesday evening, I made snicker doodles.......... yummy..

Today is Thursday... Tomorrow is Friday, Woohoo!
