I went to Laolao Bay to respond to an incident and this is the ugly site I saw at Laolao, trash/garbage all across the shoreline....... looks like the trash was washed up from the sea.

Taotao Tasi means "people of the sea". This site is dedicated to my beloved father, the late +Capt. Vicente Manglona Concepcion(aka:Ben/Ben-Ki). Although the title of the blog is Taotao Tasi, I also post photos of food! There is a whole world of foodies out there, and I am more than happy to share my island foodie culture.
