Visiting the Farm

We visited the farm last weekend!
Do you know what type of fruit is this?
It is locally called chico. It resembles a kiwi fruit!
It seems that our red ginger flowers don't grow fast enough. My mom always takes fresh cuttings of flowers to put on my dad's gravesite, every day.
She prefers red ginger, but substitues with other flowers when our red ginger is not ready.
This is ACHOTE seeds...... yummy when it is used for red rice.
cooking bananas, you know the one for saibok, madoya, etc.
my boy, picking lemon ch'ina for lemonade.
