We are so busy at work these days (hunting season is open for regulated game such as coconut crab and sambar deer), therefore I always need some "pick me up dessert" when I get home. We were given a box of "Gauferes" wafers, from Japan last week... OMG these are so delicous! I always love it when someone brings me a box of Gauferes! My son has strict orders to make sure he buys some on his way back from Japan.
The bottom photo is a tub of chocolate cream I purchased at the local Japanese store (Ebisuya). It costs about $7.99 but it is well worth it. If you like Nutella, then you will love this! My kids spread it on bread, but I like to spread it on croissants, yummy!
